Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Assembler.
Assembler Job Details
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:45 PM
Pay Rate : $20.00-$24.00/hr (Based on Experience)
Location : Walton, KY
Assembler Requirements/Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
  
• Ability to read shop blueprints and assembly drawings.
  
• Ability to read metric measuring devices, including tape measures and rulers.
  
• Strong attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Self-motivated, responsible, and dependable.
  
• Ability to use various hand tools such as wrenches, drivers, and nippers.
  
• Willingness to cross-train in other areas, including machining, piping, and wiring.
  
• Ability to work as part of a team.
  
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel as needed.
  

• Assemble finished machined parts into tooling using assembly drawings.
  
• Build and modify tooling used with production equipment.
  
• Read and follow detailed assembly drawings and blueprints.
  
• Assist with piping, wiring, and cutting materials as needed.
  
• Learn and perform additional skills such as painting, pneumatic circuitry, and simple welding.
  
• Cross-train in other shop areas, including manual mills and drill presses.
  
• Work with team members to meet production goals.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve work processes and efficiency.
  
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
