Licensed Mental Health Therapist

As a Therapist on our team, you will work in a supportive environment that promotes growth, licensure support, and a collaborative holistic approach. Key Responsibilities Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families. Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on each client’s unique needs. Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support stable functioning. Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning. Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms. Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists for a holistic approach. Qualifications Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field. Current and active professional license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure by hire. Passionate about mental health and committed to high‑quality care. Dedicated to ongoing professional development and continuing education. Ready to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality. Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills. Ability to manage time and complete documentation efficiently. Compensation Base compensation range: $45 – $53 per billable unit. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities.
