Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate in Vonore, TN! We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have mechanical assembly skills and experience with automotive manufacturing systems, we want to hear from you! This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a team while contributing to the production of high-quality automotive components.
Responsibilities- Perform mechanical assembly of automotive components according to specifications.
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Document production processes and report any issues to supervisors.
- Assist in training new team members on assembly procedures and safety protocols.
- Proven mechanical assembly skills.
- Experience with automotive manufacturing systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
