Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience working within school-based settings and familiarity with pediatric populations
• Capable of providing therapy in both onsite and teletherapy environments
• SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) experience a plus in school or healthcare settings
• Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of around 50 students, offering direct therapy and consultative services
• Support diverse learners across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), monitor progress, and participate in student care meetings
• Engage with teachers, families, and staff to design interventions tailored to each student’s unique goals
• Maintain thorough treatment records and comply with state, district, and professional guidelines
• Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to increase access and continuity of care
