Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of our State College location, ensuring our service standards remain high.
Lead, coach, and support our sales team to help them reach their personal and professional goals.
Analyze our local market to identify new opportunities for community engagement and business expansion.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by ensuring their coverage needs are always met.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust our strategies to keep the office running smoothly and profitably.
Collaborate with the broader district team to share best practices and contribute to our overall success.
Requirements
Current Property and Casualty insurance license.
State College based residency or willingness to relocate.
Three or more years of experience managing insurance agency operations.
Deep understanding of policy underwriting and local market trends.
Demonstrated ability to mentor sales staff and drive office growth.
Prior experience with agency management software and digital lead tracking.
