Huge Employee Perks!Compensation: Up to $160,000 per year + 8% annual bonusPTO: UnlimitedRetirement: 401K w/ a matchMedical: Health, vision, and dental plans available for individuals and families.Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, fostering a high-performance, innovative cultureConduct regular 1:1s, provide constructive feedback, and support career developmentRecruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talentDrive rapid, iterative delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologiesContribute to architectural decisions and technical strategyChampion proof-of-concepts and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovationBuild and maintain strong relationships with Product, Design, Business, and Executive stakeholdersTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused communicationReview code and provide technical guidance to the teamBalance speed with quality while maintaining sustainable paceDrive urgency and maintain momentum on key initiativesRemove blockers, manage capacity planning, and optimize delivery processes8+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on coding skills4+ years managing software engineering teams in on-shore, near-shore, and offshore environmentsProficiency in modern programming languages – React, Javascript, TypeScript, NodeJSAdvanced proficiency with AWSDeep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system designSolid grasp of CI/CD, testing strategies, and DevOps practicesExcellent communication skills across all levels (written, verbal, presentations)Familiarity with offline-first architecture and IoT integration a plus
