Client Services Specialist

Law firm is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join their Los Angeles office.


Responsibilities:

• Handle front desk duties: answering calls, security check-ins, visitor badges, and general admin tasks
• Manage conference room bookings, catering, and AV setup
• Provide concierge-level support, including visitor coordination, travel, and special requests
• Ensure reception and meeting spaces are organized, clean, and fully stocked
• Coordinate with internal departments (Office Services, IT, Catering) to support meetings and events

Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of front desk or client services experience in a corporate setting; law firm preferred
• Experience with EMS or other room reservation software a plus
• MS Office Suite; basic AV knowledge helpful

Salary Range: $50-67K
