Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic communications team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about crafting clear and impactful messages and are eager to start a career in communications. As a Communications Assistant, you will play a vital part in supporting the development and distribution of internal and external communications that enhance our organization's brand and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and editing of content for newsletters, press releases, and social media posts.
- Support the communications team in executing internal and external communications campaigns.
- Monitor media coverage and compile regular reports on relevant news and trends.
- Help coordinate events and public relations activities to promote organizational initiatives.
- Manage and update the organization’s social media profiles and websites with fresh content.

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Basic understanding of content management systems and email marketing tools.
