Adapts procedures to each patient’s medical situation, obtaining necessary information for proper interpretation. Demonstrates knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology. Calculates information accurately. Follows through with all details to ensure a smooth and timely flow of procedures. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must be able to function independently with little or no supervision. [Required] Must be able to read, write legibly, perform basic mathematics skills, and speak conversational English. [Required] Must be able to communicate effectively. [Required] Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. [Required] Must be registered in the appropriate modality. [Preferred] Pediatric echocardiography experience strongly preferred. [Preferred] Performance of standard adult echocardiogram, transesophageal echocardiogram, and stress echocardiogram. [Required] Education Associate's [Required] Field of Study Graduate of a Cardiovascular Ultrasound Program Required Work Experience 2+ experience in adult echocardiography, including transesophageal echocardiography and stress echocardiography.
