Accelerated Career Growth! Fun Company Activities! Many More! Job Details Responsibilities: Lead, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS). Manage internal and external audits and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable quality standards. Develop quality objectives, KPIs, and reporting metrics to drive continuous improvement. Oversee corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes and root cause investigations. Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement. Partner with engineering and operations teams to reduce defects, improve yield, and enhance customer satisfaction. Lead customer quality communications and support resolution of quality concerns. Manage supplier quality performance and collaborate on supplier improvement initiatives. Develop and mentor quality personnel while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Ensure documentation, procedures, and records are maintained in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field preferred. 2+ years of quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and audit processes. Experience leading root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge of regulated or highly demanding manufacturing environments. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational change. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications ASQ certifications such as CQE, CQM/OE, or related credentials.
