Description The pay for this position is $20/hour + Tips + Bonus. At Five Guys, we serve outstanding burgers and fries in clean restaurants with a top‑tier customer service approach. Shift managers are trained to perform all duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing daily operations in the General Manager’s absence. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation such as product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
