ABOUT THE ROLE

Churchill is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive high-priority initiatives within the North America Partnerships, Executive Relations, and Narratives team embedded in a fast-paced Data Center development portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker skilled at advising senior executives, translating complex business objectives into executive-level narratives, and building relationships with state- and national-level community leaders. Operating at the intersection of executive communications, community stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning, the Program Manager acts as a critical connective tissue across internal cross-functional teams and external partners. The ideal candidate thrives in an agile environment, easily navigating shifting priorities while maintaining flawless end-to-end execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Engagement & Strategic Narratives

• Partner directly with senior leadership to define, craft, and articulate core business narratives, portfolio milestones, and strategic messaging for high-visibility initiatives.
• Design and author C-suite and executive-ready presentations, pitch decks, briefings, and talking points tailored for key internal and external audiences.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on complex messaging, narrative strategy, and high-impact stakeholder engagements.

Stakeholder Management & Program Management

• Act as a primary liaison to state, regional, and national community leaders, policy makers, and strategic partners across the North America Data Center portfolio.
• Build and maintain productive cross-functional relationships across global development, operations, legal, policy, and communications teams to ensure portfolio alignment.
• Coordinate and align multi-regional narratives with broader global brand and organizational strategies.

Vendor Relations

• Lead full-lifecycle management for key programs, ensuring projects deliver on time, within scope, and aligned with core business objectives.
• Oversee and manage relationships with external global and national vendors, agencies, and consultants to ensure seamless program execution.
• Establish processes, key performance metrics, and operational rhythms to track, measure, and report on program success.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 5-7 years of program management, executive communications, public affairs, or corporate strategy experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• External Affairs: Direct experience managing relationships with high-level external stakeholders, community leadership, and government or policy entities. xhyhwjd
• Communication & Design: Exceptional written communication skills with a strong aesthetic sense for creating clean, impactful presentations and executive briefs.
