Together for Youth in Albany, NY seeks a dedicated support professional to provide individualized treatment and services to youth and families. You will help with homework support, participate in service plan development, and discuss decisions with families in team meetings. You will advocate for youth, coordinate with community agencies, and ensure timely documentation of progress.
