Jefferson Healthcare is thrilled to announce that we are now accepting applications for Concierge Volunteers to join us in creating a warm and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.As a Concierge, you'll be the friendly face that greets community members at our entrance kiosk, guiding them with care and kindness to their check-in destinations. You'll play a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, stress-free experience from the moment they walk through our doors.No prior experience required; customer service or healthcare exposure preferred. Volunteer Shifts Options include Monday-Friday:Morning: 7:00 AM - 11:30 AMAfternoon: 11:30 AM - 4:00 PMChoose what works for you:Up to one 4.5-hour shift per weekWhat to expect:May require standing or walking for 4.5-hour shifts Outdoor and transitional spaces with exposure to weatherMay involve fast paced or high-pressure moments Orientation and onboarding requirements To apply: Please visit our careers website at -careers/ and submit a letter of interest with your submission.
