St. Peters Health Partners is seeking to recruit full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to support surgical services at Samaritan Hospital in Troy, New York. Position Details:

• Schedule: 8,10, and 12 hour shifts
\n
• Enjoy a consistent schedule working at a single, dedicated clinical location, no travel required.
\n
• Call Rotation: 
\n
\n
• 26 weekday shifts/year, 12-hour shifts
\n
• 2 weekends/year, 24-hour shifts
\n
\n
• Surgical Case Mix: General Surgery, OB, Bariatric, Vascular, Urology, Ortho, Thoracic
\n

Recruitment Package- St. Peters Health Partners offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:

\n
• Base Salary: $272,280, plus shift differentials, and excess call compensation
\n
• $100,000.00 full time bonus; Payout as follows: Starting and Retention Bonuses (applies to full time CRNA candidates only)
\n
\n
• $25,000 to be paid in the first pay period following the CRNAs start date.
\n
• $50,000 to be paid in the first pay period following the CRNAs 6-month employment anniversary
\n
• $25,000 to be paid in the first pay period following the CRNAs 1-year employment anniversary
\n
\n
• Full-time Position equals 1840 annual hours
\n
• Time Off: 6 weeks of time away. Six weeks of time away is inclusive of 1 week of CME
\n
• CME: $2,500 annual allowance
\n
• Year 3, CRNA is Eligible for Quality bonus up to $10k, pro-rated for part time and partial years.
\n
• Loan Repayment: Our institution qualifies as an eligible employer for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
