Social Media Manager / Producer

Role Description: Mase One Media is looking for a Social Media Manager / Producer to join our team full-time in a hybrid role based in South Florida . This is a hands-on creative position. We're looking for someone who understands social media at a deep level and can take ownership of the day-to-day social presence across multiple brands. You’ll manage accounts including The Lexis Star Show and King Rilla , while also helping develop the creative content that goes onto those platforms. We're looking for someone who sees a viral Reel and can understand why it worked , someone who stays ahead of trends, and someone who is constantly thinking about what we should create next. You will be responsible for: Managing multiple social media accounts across different brands Creating and maintaining content calendars Planning, scheduling, and pre-scheduling posts using tools such as Metricool Coming up with creative concepts for Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Stories, and other social content Researching trends, viral formats, sounds, hooks, memes, and emerging content styles Developing ideas specifically designed to increase reach, engagement, and audience growth Bringing your own ideas to the team and taking initiative rather than waiting for instructions Helping plan, film, and produce social media content Capturing behind-the-scenes footage, events, podcast content, products, and lifestyle content Repurposing long-form content into engaging short-form videos Writing captions, hooks, and other social copy Publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Snapchat and other relevant platforms Monitoring analytics and identifying what is working and what isn’t Using performance data to improve future content Staying constantly up to date with social media trends, platform changes, and emerging formats Working with the production and marketing team to execute campaigns and content ideas Keeping social media assets, schedules, and workflows organized Qualifications Strong understanding of social media and what makes content perform Highly creative and naturally idea-driven Strong understanding of viral content, trends, and internet culture Ability to identify why certain content works and translate those insights into new ideas Experience managing multiple social media accounts Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X Some experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Metricool Strong communication and writing skills Comfortable filming and producing social media content Basic video editing knowledge is a plus Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently is a Must Comfortable working in a fast-paced media environment Previous experience in social media, content creation, or media production is preferred, but we care more about your creativity, social media knowledge, and ability to produce results than the number of years of experience you have Requirements Full-time availability Hybrid position: remote + in-house Based in or able to work in South Florida Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required Must be willing and able to travel for shoots, events, and productions Company-provided laptop and cell phone What We Offer Competitive pay Full-time position Hybrid work environment Company-provided laptop Company-provided cell phone Opportunity to work across multiple brands and media projects Creative freedom and the opportunity to bring your own ideas to the table Opportunity to grow with Mase One Media #J-18808-Ljbffr Mase One Media
