This outpatient surgical facility maintains a small, collaborative anesthesia team with organized perioperative workflows suited to autonomous CRNA practice. The setting is structured for efficient, predictable case flow, allowing clinicians to work alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive environment. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

Clinicians in this role will provide autonomous anesthesia services during day shifts at an outpatient operating room facility in Washington. The surgical caseload consists of routine outpatient cases, offering a consistent daytime schedule with no call, no nights, and no weekend obligations. Clinicians will manage cases independently within a structured daily workflow that supports autonomous practice. Board certification is required for all clinicians in this role.
