Typical hours include Mon–Thu 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and Fri 6:30 AM–2:30 PM (schedule may vary). This is a strong entry-level opportunity for candidates who like working with their hands, following build sheets/prints, and using hand and power tools in a production environment. Responsibilities Review build sheets, wiring diagrams, and production documentation Assemble electrical plates and enclosures based on build prep instructions Install electrical components, controllers, and hardware per documentation Wire components using correct color/gauge, ferrules, cables, tags, and required identification Use common hand tools and power tools safely and correctly Follow quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures (PPE, housekeeping, 5S) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation Support teammates to keep production moving and meet daily output goals Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working on your feet in a production/manufacturing environment Ability to safely use hand/power tools (drills, drivers, crimpers, cutters) Ability to follow written instructions and basic mechanical/electrical prints Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Technical/vocational training is a plus (electrical, manufacturing, industrial tech)
