Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | $48–$58/hour

Standard Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday: Off
• Saturday: Once per month, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Flexible Scheduling Options

• Thursday can be extended until 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM
• Saturday hours can be shortened to 3:00 PM, 2:00 PM, or 1:00 PM
• Prefer no Saturdays? We're open to that too! In exchange, Thursday would become a 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM day.

Compensation: $48.00–$58.00 per hour , based on experience.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building lasting patient relationships, educating patients on oral health, and working in a collaborative, team-oriented practice.

New graduates are encouraged to apply! We welcome entry-level hygienists and provide mentorship and support to help you transition confidently into clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and periodontal charting.
• Obtain diagnostic radiographs and perform comprehensive oral health assessments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care.
• Partner with dentists and clinical team members to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to OSHA and infection control standards.
• Deliver exceptional patient care while creating a comfortable and positive clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Active Connecticut Registered Dental Hygienist license (or eligibility).
• Current local anesthesia certification (if applicable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient education and preventive dentistry.
