Engineering Talent Architect: Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter

VVater is seeking a hands-on technical recruiter who will serve as the company’s entire hiring function for engineering talent. You will own 100% of the recruiting lifecycle, workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination of panels, reference checks, offers, and onboarding hand-off for mechanical, electrical, civil/structural, process, CAD/ID, field engineering, and related roles.
