Operations/Research Analyst, Senior with Security Clearance

Overview The Operations/Research Analyst, Senior provides comprehensive research and analysis support for the task order for the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center, and Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate. Responsibilities Manage and direct the analyses of management problems, perform cost analyses and modeling, provide information requirements, and formulate scientific solutions as directed. Support program reviews, meetings, and other related duties as assigned. Provide cost estimating expertise to all personnel at all organizational levels on matters pertaining to the development, availability, and application of cost analysis methodology. Prepare, develop, and review Program Office Estimates (POEs). Provide guidance and review of Government Cost Estimates. Conduct cost studies to facilitate the development of acquisition documentation for all aspects of lifecycle management. Provide subject matter expertise in the execution of Army and Department of Defense cost‑saving initiatives (e.g., Will/Should Cost). Prepare and review miscellaneous cost reports provided to senior level management. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience and/or Associate/Advanced degree or 2‑year Technical School; or High School/GED with 15 years or military experience at the E5 level or higher. Knowledgeable with Department of Defense cost policies (e.g., DoDI 5000.73) as well as component policies (e.g., Department of the Army Cost Analysis Manual). TS/SCI clearance required. Salary & Compensation Salary Range: $114,842 – $139,947. The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers multiple factors when determining base salary offers, including the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
