What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care using the nursing process effectively
Assess patient needs and implement appropriate teaching and care strategies
Communicate, delegate, and manage resources within the interdisciplinary team
Utilize data and clinical knowledge to evaluate and improve patient outcomes
Adapt care approaches to accommodate diverse patient populations
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Ensure patient safety and privacy at all times

What You Need

Current Louisiana RN license
BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
Strong organizational, communication, and judgment skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
