We’re growing our Member Services Team at our upscale infrared sauna studio and are looking for upbeat, motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships and working in a welcoming, wellness-focused environment. We Offer Hourly pay plus commission, with bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly. Commission opportunities during sales training while shadowing experienced team members. Comprehensive training and hands‑on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy. Learn from leaders with 30+ years of combined sales experience who love to mentor and support your growth. Ongoing tailored 1:1 support after onboarding. Unlimited free infrared sauna sessions. Flexibility to choose shifts within our Saturday and Sunday schedules. Clear career path with opportunities to advance into Assistant Studio Manager (with a pay increase). Schedule Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 9:30 pm opening and closing shifts. Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 8:30 pm opening and closing shifts. What You’ll Need A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service. A consistently fantastic team‑player attitude. Strong reliability and consistent attendance. Evening and weekend availability. What You’ll Be Doing Confidently sell memberships in a supportive, commission‑based environment. Connect with leads using our CRM with enthusiasm and professionalism. Educate guests on the benefits of infrared saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership. Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments. Create a calm, welcoming experience for members and guests. Provide studio tours and answer questions about services and facilities. Maintain a clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms. Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area.
