Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Maine Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Experience evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting in accordance with clinic and regulatory requirements.
Experience with functional, community-focused treatment programs and safe patient handling techniques.
Ability to complete timely, accurate medical record documentation including goal writing, functional quality indicators, and letters of medical necessity.
Willingness to participate in student supervision and contribute to professional development activities.
Adherence to state Practice Act and maintenance of professional licensure and required continuing education.
Preferred: Previous experience in a high-volume outpatient clinic or with Select Medical/large multi-clinic systems.

Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other clinics within the region as needed.
