Work Environment\nThis role is entirely remote, allowing flexibility and autonomy in scheduling. Our telehealth model ensures that you can provide essential services from the comfort of your own space while utilizing various digital tools. Working hours are set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., enabling a balanced work-life integration.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and create tailored treatment plans. \n
- Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring timely and thorough documentation, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and case notes in alignment with company policies. \n
- Provide exceptional client service while collaborating with your colleagues to enhance the overall mission and reach of our organization. \n
- Employ innovative therapeutic interventions to assist clients in meeting their goals—always adjusting strategies based on client feedback and progress. \n
- Document each therapy session meticulously according to our established guidelines and protocols, ensuring compliance and accuracy. \n
- Facilitate coordination of care with other professionals including case managers, medical personnel, and school staff as necessary to provide holistic support to clients. \n
Your work will encompass a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, often facing challenges related to stress, relationship dynamics, anxiety, and addiction. By tailoring your therapeutic approach to each unique situation, you will significantly contribute to their healing journeys and improved mental health outcomes.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required. \n
- A current, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory. \n
- Proficient in understanding family therapy services and community resources. \n
- Experience with mental health documentation, including the completion of DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes. \n
- Prior experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families is essential. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to foster strong therapeutic relationships. \n
- Demonstrated ability to maintain stable and professional boundaries with clients. \n
- Comfortable interacting with a diverse client population and understanding their unique perspectives. \n
- Must be able to pass a standard background check. \n

- Familiarity with telehealth systems and software to facilitate effective remote therapy sessions. \n
- Previous involvement in community outreach or program development work aimed at improving mental health access would be advantageous. \n

- The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. \n
