Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing flexibility and autonomy in scheduling. Working hours are set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., enabling a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and create tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring timely and thorough documentation, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and case notes in alignment with company policies.

• Provide exceptional client service while collaborating with your colleagues to enhance the overall mission and reach of our organization.

• Employ innovative therapeutic interventions to assist clients in meeting their goals—always adjusting strategies based on client feedback and progress.

• Document each therapy session meticulously according to our established guidelines and protocols, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

• Facilitate coordination of care with other professionals including case managers, medical personnel, and school staff as necessary to provide holistic support to clients.

Your work will encompass a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, often facing challenges related to stress, relationship dynamics, anxiety, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• A current, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• Experience with mental health documentation, including the completion of DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

• Prior experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families is essential.
