eCommerce Coordinator

Black Drum LLC is searching for an eCommerce Coordinator to join our eCommerce and Marketing team in Charleston, SC. At Black Drum we leverage our expertise in eCommerce and retail strategy, growth, and distribution to build successful consumer brands. In this role, you will support and our direct-to-consumer eCommerce sites on a variety of marketing, merchandising, and inventory management tasks. This is a full-time, on-site position in our Charleston, South Carolina office. In this role, you will report directly to the eCommerce Senior Manager and work closely with the Associate Manager of Content Marketing and eCommerce, as well as the Junior Graphic Designer. Responsibilities Monitor and analyze inventory of online products to inform buying and promotion decisions Categorize, optimize, and assist in the merchandising of online products for maximum visibility Communicate between teams to gather relevant information for new product additions while developing and sticking to a realistic timeline Build and maintain product pages for existing and new products by creating and/or updating product descriptions and FAQs Build landing pages, create discount codes, and compile assets for internal promotions or brand collaborations, including copywriting and site design Write and build blogs to enhance SEO and support evergreen marketing campaigns Attend and contribute to bi-weekly status meetings with leadership and key stakeholders Generate reports for analysis of product performance, promotion performance, and on-site enhancements Drive competitive research, document and present findings to the team Own content upload and scheduling for social media Own content upload for email and sms marketing Document A/B test results for all marketing campaigns Assist in quarterly content planning and project creation in project management software Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing 1+ years of relevant eCommerce experience Experience using Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Highly organized, proactive thinker with strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally Maintains a sense of urgency and ability to react quickly and pivot in a fast-paced environment Deadline-driven and strong project and time management skills Benefits Paid holidays Paid time off Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K plan with company contributions Quarterly performance-based bonuses Dog-friendly office Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr Black Drum LLC
