Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist

• In-depth understanding of special education laws, IEP processes, and behavioral intervention planning
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational and behavioral assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor progress on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students individually and in groups
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to recommend evidence-based strategies and supports
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to determine appropriate educational interventions
• Foster a positive and inclusive school climate by promoting mental wellness and effective coping strategies
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
