Key responsibilities of the Physical Therapist include:

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations of patients
• Create and implement treatment plans for patient rehabilitation
• Monitor and document patient progress and treatment effectiveness

• Manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Engage with up to 12-14 patients daily, with an emphasis on follow-up visits

Requirements of the Physical Therapist include:
