As a Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver in Waipahu HI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional at a commercial real estate location where you will drive and patrol assigned areas remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents and support tenants and visitors with outstanding customer service and a caring culture built on teamwork integrity agility reliability and innovation you will play a valued role in daily site operations.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents maintenance concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating issues to property management and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings parking areas access points and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity unsecured areas and/or unauthorized entry.
• Monitor ingress and egress activity observe common areas and storage-related spaces and report policy violations suspicious behavior and/or property concerns through proper documentation.
• Support daily operations by providing directions answering questions and completing detailed incident activity and/or shift reports in accordance with Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
