What You'll Be Doing

Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Design more efficient workflows, workstations, and production layouts
Partner with production, maintenance, and leadership teams to solve problems
Support projects focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost savings
Create work instructions and standardized processes
Use data to improve labor efficiency and manufacturing performance
Participate in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives
Help bring new ideas from concept to implementation
What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering field
• Internship, co-op, manufacturing, or hands-on project experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with people at all levels of an organization
• Desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of projects
• Positive attitude and continuous improvement mindset

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Middlebury, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
