Pre-litigation Paralegal / Legal Administrative Professional (DIRECT HIRE)

Full-Time | $20–$25 per Hour (DOE)

A growing and client-focused law firm is seeking a highly motivated Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join their team. What You'll Do

• Greet clients and visitors (in person, phone, email, and virtually)
• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
• Schedule appointments
• Conduct client intakes
• Maintain accurate records
• Track case activity and ensure information is updated and organized
• Assist with general administrative and pre-litigation support tasks

What We're Looking For

• Administrative experience required (in a legal setting preferred)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to think critically and adapt when priorities change
• Positive attitude, high energy, and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality
• Professional demeanor and commitment to integrity
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
