Schedule 1‑2 days per week (No weekends), 8‑hour shifts. Job Duties Treat mild to moderate closed head injuries and post‑traumatic headaches. Provide in‑house computerized neurocognitive testing, including ImPACT testing, as well as in‑house vestibular, cognitive, and aquatic therapy. Oversee the patient’s diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries. Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury. Recommend and conduct diagnostic testing to determine extent of injury and appropriate treatment. Handle a high volume of personal injury patients, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and reports; may testify on behalf of patients. Uphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and lead in a way that aligns with the company’s ESG goals. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements MD/DO from an accredited educational institution. Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland. Board Certified in Neurology. Favorable malpractice history. Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification. DEA license. Additional Skills/Competencies Ability to effectively interact with doctors, patients, and co‑workers. Tact and skill in patient management. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to mentor and supervise staff. Medicine – Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities, including symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties, interactions, and preventive health‑care measures. Customer and personal service – Knowledge of principles and processes for providing services, assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards, and evaluating satisfaction. Physical/Mental Requirements Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, kneeling, crawling, climbing stairs and ladders, working with arms extended at shoulder length, lifting up to 20 lbs.
