Most of all, you love to dig in and build amazing things with your team, always pushing the envelope. **THE ROLE**Live Nation Core Data Services is looking for a world-class Lead AI Developer Experience Product Manager to architect and build the foundational AI tooling and platform enabling teams across the organization to create, deploy, and manage AI agents, workflows, applications, and automations. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, developer tooling, productivity tools, and generative AI, focused on democratizing AI capabilities for both technical and non-technical users. We are a global org, and we need someone comfortable working globally across time zones.This role requires enterprise cross-functional team experience and engineering expertise with hands-on experience in generative AI tooling. You'll prioritize and design the APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, and workflows that make it effortless for both technical and non-technical teams to leverage AI capabilities, while ensuring production-grade reliability, observability, and security. You will also coach and lead teams as they implement AI-augmented processes in their daily work. In addition, you will launch and support macro-scale ways in which our entire org can lead the broader business in AI adoption, always focused on data and data-driven product development. This is a critical role on an entrepreneurial team with the resources, exposure, and customer base of the world’s leading live entertainment company. The person we're looking for will combine passionate product management with discipline and a keen attention to detail. We need a committed driver who builds trust throughout the business. We need someone who manages a roadmap and backlog, often feeding multiple engineering teams, and who clearly defines success criteria and post-launch measurement requirements—all of which is found in their documentation. This is a key role on a high-performing team, and it will be highly visible globally within our business. **WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO*** Identify opportunities and pain points in process, tooling, and workflows to solve with AI capabilities in APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, or new AI-driven services.* Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to understand needs and translate them into platform and process capabilities.* Coach and lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI-augmented processes and workflows in their daily operations.* Create documentation, best practices, and enablement materials that accelerate AI adoption and reduce time-to-value.* Monitor performance and measure impact (adoption, production issues, etc.) of product enhancements / releases to, if needed, drive clarity on product iteration.* Work with external third-party vendors to assess new partnership opportunities and/or evaluate existing solutions.* Work with engineers and program managers every day to set priorities and drive roadmap. **WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING*** 3+ years of as a technical product manager, with ideally with an engineering background.* Hands-on experience with generative AI tooling including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and AI orchestration platforms.* Strong technical savvy; ability to work and communicate effectively with analysts and engineers.* Experience connecting directly to data sources and writing your own SQL queries; any Python, Spark, or Databricks experience a huge plus.* Expertise in documenting requirements that translate business needs into technical requirements.* Technical coaching and enablement skills with ability to teach and guide teams through complex technology adoption.* Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively interact and facilitate discussions with cross functional teams across the business.* Comfortable juggling multiple concurrent projects and setting priorities, especially among requests from competing stakeholders.* Data-driven decision-making experience using metrics and analytics to inform platform and product development.* Experience with JIRA / agile user story and acceptance criteria writing.* Willingness to work with cross-functional teams across time-zones and odd hours as necessary.* Passion for live music and events is a plus.* Versatility to work across disciplines and unlock whatever capabilities are needed to make products successful; no job too big or too small mentality.* Optimism with drive, drive, drive.**BENEFITS & PERKS**Our motto is ‘Taking Care of Our Own’ through 6 pillars of benefits:* **HEALTH****:** Medical, vision, dental and mental health benefits for you and your family, with access to a health care concierge, and Flexible or Health Savings Accounts (FSA or HSA)* **YOURSELF****:** Free concert tickets, generous paid time off including paid holidays, sick time, and personal days* **WEALTH****:** 401(k) program with company match, stock reimbursement program* **FAMILY****:** New parent programs including caregiver leave and baby bonuses, plus fertility, adoption, foster, or surrogacy support* **CAREER****:** Career and skill development programs with School of Live, tuition reimbursement, and student loan repayment* **OTHERS****:** Volunteer time off, crowdfunding match**EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY**We aspire to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve.
