WHAT YOU'LL DO Mix and serve cocktails according to recipes and standards Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide exceptional service Recommend menu items and upsell food and beverage offerings Maintain extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits Ensure compliance with all state liquor laws and responsible alcohol service Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS systems accurately Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready Assist servers and barbacks to ensure seamless service Complete opening, closing, inventory, and side work duties Help create a fun, welcoming rooftop experience for every guest WHY RHYTHM & RYE?
