Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain a sterile field for surgical procedures under the supervision of the surgical team.
- Pass instruments, supplies, and equipment to the surgeon and staff during operations.
- Maintain accurate counts of sponges, needles, and instruments; communicate any discrepancies.
- Assist with patient positioning, draping, wound exposure, and adherence to aseptic technique.
- Help with turnover of the operating room and ensure equipment readiness between cases.

Requirements
- 2 years of Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) experience.
- NCCT certification required; active status or documented confirmation acceptable.
- Ability to work in a hospital operating room environment and perform CTS duties as part of the surgical team.
