Join a Rapidly Growing Healthcare Organization We’re looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to help build and strengthen the purchasing operations of a rapidly growing healthcare organization. This is an exciting opportunity to make a visible impact across multiple clinics and business functions. You’ll work closely with clinical operations, finance, IT, facilities, and executive leadership to ensure our teams have the supplies, equipment, technology, and services they need to deliver exceptional patient care. As our organization expands, you’ll play an important role in improving procurement processes, developing strategic supplier relationships, controlling costs, and creating scalable systems that support continued growth. What You’ll Do Manage the full procurement lifecycle—from purchase requisition and purchase order creation through delivery, receipt, and invoice reconciliation. Source qualified vendors and obtain competitive quotations for medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, technology, office supplies, and professional services. Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, warranties, and service agreements. Build strong, productive relationships with suppliers and strategic partners. Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages, disruptions, and excess stock. Evaluate supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, responsiveness, and compliance. Identify opportunities to reduce costs, standardize purchasing, and improve operational efficiency. Coordinate purchasing across multiple clinic and office locations. Partner with Finance to manage budgets, reconcile invoices, and resolve discrepancies. Support capital equipment purchases, facility projects, and technology acquisitions.Maintain accurate vendor files, contracts, purchasing records, and compliance documentation. Research emerging products, technologies, and suppliers that can improve patient care and business operations. Assist with contract renewals, supplier reviews, and performance scorecards. Prepare procurement reports, spending analyses, and key performance indicators. Help develop procurement processes and systems that can scale with the organization. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred. At least five years of procurement, purchasing, or related supply-chain experience. Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts and vendor agreements. Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures and inventory management. Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with an ERP or procurement platform such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or a similar system. A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a desire to improve how work gets done. Preferred Experience Procurement experience within healthcare or another highly regulated industry. Experience purchasing pharmaceuticals, radiopharmaceuticals, medical equipment, or diagnostic imaging supplies. Familiarity with group purchasing organizations and vendor contracting programs. Experience with inventory management systems. Understanding of FDA, OSHA, HIPAA, and other healthcare compliance requirements. Why Join Us?
