Commission-based Sales Specialist - Insurance

Are you young, competitive, driven, and ready to earn what you're worth? We're looking for motivated sales professionals to join our growing team as Remote Commission-Based Sales Specialists in the insurance industry.

This is a fully remote 1099 opportunity offering warm leads, strong commission payouts, and the flexibility to build your income on your terms.

What You'll Do:

Connect with warm, interested prospects (no cold calling required)
Conduct virtual consultations to identify client needs
Present customized insurance solutions
Guide clients through the enrollment process
Manage follow-ups and maintain an organized sales pipeline
Hit and exceed performance goals

What We're Looking For:

Active Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and persuasive skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Basic tech skills and reliable internet access
Previous sales experience is a plus
