Summary of Position The CADD Technician is a core production role focused on converting field data and instructions into accurate drawings under established standards. This role is ideal for those who value consistency, accuracy, and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting: Produce boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction drawings based on defined scope and redlines.
• Data Organization: Import and organize GPS and total station data while maintaining clean point files and linework.
• Execution: Prepare sketches, exhibits, lot layouts, and as-builts as directed by Senior Techs or Project Managers.
• Compliance: Precisely follow company templates, layers, and annotation standards.
• Self-Check: Perform self-checks prior to submission to minimize drafting errors.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years of land-survey CAD drafting experience.
• Software Skills: Working proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D in a surveying environment.
• Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn internal workflows and survey concepts.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

• Utilization rate between 75-85%.
• High draft accuracy (low redlines per sheet).
• On-time task completion.
