Unique Hybrid CRNA Opportunity| OB and MOR

Position CRNA – Hybrid (OB and Main OR) – Banner University Medical Center Phoenix, Banner Estrella Medical Center, Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. Compensation & Benefits Starting base compensation: $280,000 (W2) $50,000 Start Date Bonus Premium Pay for extra shifts Comprehensive benefits: medical, 401(k), CME, licensure reimbursement Schedule OB shifts: 12 short 12‑hr shifts per month (or 24‑hr shifts available) at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix; flexible; in‑house coverage nights/weekends/holidays. Main OR shifts: Two 10‑hr weekday shifts per week at Banner Estrella or Banner Thunderbird; no weekends, no overnight call. Responsibilities Placement and management of neuraxial blocks (epidural and spinal) and US‑guided peripheral blocks (TAP) when indicated. Provide anesthesia care for General Surgery, Bariatrics, Gynecology, Urology, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Spine. Qualifications CRNA licensure. Experience in OB and Main OR anesthesia preferred. Strong team‑work with two in‑house anesthesia providers.
