Quantum Sky seeks an experienced Oracle EBS R12.2 Financials Business Analyst/Tester to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) EOSS contract. You will gather requirements, translate them into functional designs, and develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure FIAR and operational readiness.
