Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.About the RoleThis position will work closely with JWC Sales team to facilitate the continued growth of the Industrial Division. The Application Engineer will act as primary liaison between JWC sales, engineering & operations teams to recommend best-in-class equipment solutions. Responsibilities include customer needs-analysis, process understanding, application intricacies, team collaboration and development of equipment solutions in a time sensitive environment. Finished products of the Application Engineer will include CAD drawings, product recommendations combined with technical capabilities of JWC equipment specific to the customer's application. Position will require customer communication during various stages of the sales cycle. Some post-sales support may be needed to facilitate complete customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities may include enhancing CAD library, support of the equipment rentals program and helping facilitate grind-test demonstrations.Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Understand customer requirements to deliver best-in-class JWC product recommendationsResponsible for creating CAD drawings and equipment specifications in timely fashionProduce drawings that demonstrate JWC equipment placement within customer's processesEstablish & support sales to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction during pre-sales activitiesWork closely with JWC engineers and operational teams to facilitate successful post-sales activitiesDemonstrate excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skillsExhibit proficient knowledge and use of company systems and softwareBuild exceptional internal relationships with all JWC departments and divisionsMaintains a professional image as a representative of the Company.Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.Adhere to Company Values with excellent communication and collaborationSkills & QualificationsRequired: Associate's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experienceDesirable: Bachelor's DegreeFluent in AutoCAD, Solidworks, Inventor or other 3D drawing programsKnowledge or working experience of industrial processes and process machinery.
