In Store Customer Experience Associate

PRIME NEXUS INC is growing our Montgomery team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as a In Store Customer Experience Associate .

This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity focused on face-to-face customer interaction, product education, and sales inside retail locations. If you're comfortable talking with people, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want an opportunity where your performance can lead to growth, this could be a great fit.

Previous sales experience is not required. We provide paid, hands-on training to help you learn the products, customer approach, and sales process.

What You'll Do

• Speak with customers face-to-face in a retail environment

• Learn customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services

• Explain current promotions, features, and available options

• Answer questions and provide a positive customer experience

• Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process

• Work toward individual and team performance goals

• Represent our clients professionally and accurately

• Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training
