Educational Background

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree in preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Necessary Certifications

• Certification from ASCP or AMT in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Certification must be maintained throughout the duration of employment.
