Responsibilities

• Lead rehabilitation program strategy to drive patient outcomes and growth.

• Oversee clinical rehabilitation services and ensure high-quality care standards.

• Monitor performance dashboards and KPIs to optimize outcomes and throughput.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinical policies.

• Develop and manage departmental budgets, resources, and capacity planning.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop rehabilitation staff to support growth targets.

• Build and nurture referral networks to sustain patient pipelines.

• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align rehabilitation goals with business strategy.

• Manage on-site rehabilitation operations, scheduling, and equipment utilization.

• Develop and implement training programs to promote continuous professional development.
