• Brand new clinic locations

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Family Medicine physician

• Group is hiring multiple physicians across eight clinic locations

• Physician will work exclusively at one clinic:

  • Maryvale - Spanish bilingual required

  • Litchfield Park - Spanish bilingual required

  • Surprise - Spanish bilingual required

  • Deer Valley - Spanish bilingual required

  • Paradise Valley - English only (Spanish not required)

  • Tempe - Spanish bilingual required

  • Gilbert - Spanish bilingual required

  • Chandler - Spanish bilingual required

• Outpatient-only practice

• See patients ages 0-65

• Must be comfortable providing care for patients of all ages

• Commercial insurance patient population only

• Must be comfortable performing annual women's wellness exams

• Monday-Friday

• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• No call

• No weekends

• No hospital responsibilities (optional hospital privileges available for referral purposes)

• Ramp up to approximately 17-21 patients per day
