Endoluminal Territory Associate
Intuitive Surgical
Intuitive Surgical seeks an Endoluminal Territory Associate to support early adoption of the ION platform for minimally invasive lung biopsy procedures. The role involves procedural training, clinical expertise development, and hospital integration activities across assigned territories.
Responsibilities
- Provide procedural support to new users during learning curve and early adoption phase
- Support training activities including in-services, labs, and first case series
- Develop clinical expertise in pulmonary oncology
- Collaborate with sales representatives and hospital staff on ION system integration
- Facilitate data capture for quality metrics and benchmarking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year sales, leadership, or clinical experience
- Ability to manage complexity and work in fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel up to 60% near major airline hub
- Knowledge of pulmonology or bronchoscopy space preferred
