Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: What You’ll Do: Craft compelling campaigns: Conceptualize and execute high-energy brand campaigns across every platform we own—broadcast, digital, social, and streaming. Own the look and feel: Use your expert videography, lighting, and sound design skills to produce spots that look as good as they feel. Drive digital engagement: Create thumb-stopping social media and digital content that speaks the language of our audience on Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok. Strategize and traffic: Work closely with leadership to prioritize marketing initiatives and ensure our daily plans for on-air and outside media are executed flawlessly. Connect with the community: Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal departments and community organizations to elevate Arizona’s Family brand. What You Bring: A killer creative reel: You have a portfolio that proves you’re a master of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and the art of cinematography. Versatile shooting skills: You’re just as comfortable with a "run-and-gun" docu-style shoot as you are leading a polished studio promotion. Digital-first mindset: You understand current advertising trends and know exactly how to optimize content for social and streaming platforms.
