This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for
locum tenens support as they look to fill a
current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday. 7a-6p. 10 hour shifts 4 days per week. Patients per day: 15-16 Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic Scope: Standard Primary Care State Licensure: Oregon Medical License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Board Certified. Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days or less
Facility Location The city of Corvallis, with a population of 54,520, is nestled in the bosom of Willamette Valley, and in 90 minutes one can reach the city of Portland, spectacular skiing, and the world renowned Oregon coast, all three of which are within a couple miles from each other. Oregon State University is one of the best city Universities surrounded by green buildings and a huge Peace Corps population.
