S&S Mechanical is looking for a full-time Commercial HVAC Supervisor to join our team in St. George, UT. This is a full-time job, Monday through Friday. Sometimes, there may be overtime to finish projects on time.BECOMING OUR COMMERCIAL HVAC SUPERVISORIn this full-time role, you will earn $34 – $42 per hour, depending on experience, while guiding crews and shaping the future of local commercial construction. You will make sure HVAC systems are put in the right way by following blueprints and instructions. You will watch over the work, like installing duct systems, equipment, piping, ventilation, and controls. You will make sure all work is safe and meets the rules. You will talk with project managers, contractors, and inspectors to keep things running smoothly. Training new team members, keeping track of supplies, and fixing problems fast are also part of the job. Our team is highly skilled and committed to creating a supportive, understanding work environment, while offering generous pay, excellent benefits, and extra perks.COMMERCIAL HVAC SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS:3+ years of commercial HVAC installation experienceSolid knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, controls, and mechanical codesStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage a crew and delegate tasksAbility to accurately read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical specificationsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesPhysical ability to regularly stand, kneel, bend, climb ladders, lift 50+ pounds, and work in active construction environments (rooftops, mechanical rooms, crawlspaces, and elevated areas)A Plus:EPA CertificationJourneyman HVAC license or equivalent experienceExperience as a foreman or similar supervisory position on commercial projectsExperience managing large-scale or multi-phase construction projectsExperience with VRF systems, rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, or controls integrationAPPLY TODAY TO BECOME OUR COMMERCIAL HVAC SUPERVISOR!Apply now with our mobile-friendly application and start your next job!
