- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation, prepare employment paperwork, set up HRIS profiles, and process status changes or separations.
- Benefits & Leave Support: Assist employees with benefits enrollment, answer inquiries, and track leave programs like FMLA, ADA, and disability.
- Records & Compliance: Maintain confidential personnel files, update Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for daily staff questions, policy clarifications, and internal communications.
- Recruitment-Assist in Talent Acquisition
